Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day refund request window, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a refund under specific conditions.
📝 Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products (Turnitin AI Checks, Instructor Access, and Detection Reports), refunds are only available if:
- The access credentials cannot be activated, or
- The service was not delivered as described, and
- You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Misuse or failure to read the product instructions

If approved, we’ll email you confirmation and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
⚠ Issues or Errors
Please check your order upon receipt. If the access provided is invalid or not working, contact us immediately at turnitinxofficial@gmail.com, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
❌ Non-Refundable Digital Items
As our products are customized digital access tools (e.g. Turnitin instructor logins, AI detection checks), they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, unless there’s a verifiable fault.
We do not accept refunds or returns for:
- Used accounts
- Services where access was successfully delivered
- Sale items or discounted packages
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Exception
If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your digital order within 14 days of purchase. However, once digital service delivery has started (e.g. login or detection report sent), this right no longer applies under EU digital content law.
